New uniforms this year!
SHLC has decided to update our uniforms for the upcoming season, as these designs have not been refreshed in several years.
Please use the button above to place your order. Upon following the link, you may select either men's or women's uniform kits. We request that all players, with the exception of eighth graders, purchase a new uniform kit. You will be able to select your child's grade and specific sizes through the portal.
The uniform package includes a jersey, a shooter shirt, and shorts. Please note that we have transitioned from kilts to shorts for the girls' teams, following current trends seen in other recreational and club programs. The purchase of a practice pinnie is optional; the league has additional pinnies available for those who choose to opt out.

We offer the following levels:
Lil Laxers: Coed K-1 introductory program for younger players. Focus will be on fundamentals and fun! Clinics will be 1 to 2 times a week including Saturday mornings.
2nd grade: This will be an introduction to the more competitive play in grades 3-8. We will separate boys and girls teams focusing on fundamentals and advancing into game play. We will play both intra-squad games along with a limited schedule against local 2nd grade teams
Grades 3-8: separate boys and girls teams will play in the NJJLL (boys) and JGLA (girls) respectively. These teams will generally play 12-14 regular season games along with several tournaments throughout the spring season
**We are always looking for additional coaches to help maintain a robust, high quality Lacrosse program year in and year out for the children of our community. We are especially looking for coaches for our girls program. No previous lacrosse experience is required. We will help in those areas and will provide resources to get you up to speed. SHLC covers expenses for training and licensing. If interested, please contact any of the board members.
